Filling out forms, going to stores, going for walks, are just some of the things that are no longer an issue because of the program that is available to me. It is wonderful to be in charge of decisions made in my own life, allowing me to function on a daily basis. This program gives me the confidence to participate in the community groups that have interested me, that I would never do if it wasn't for the wonderful SSP's working with me. I am not one to have everything done for me and I feel this program allows me to be in control.”

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.

“I have been using the service for a few years now, and I cannot say enough good things about it. Yes, there have been major changes to the program over the last few years, but I was then and still very much willing to work with those changes. Beyond has gone the extra mile to ease the financial burden of the transportation change. Through this pandemic, I still found things that I needed help with here at home, whether it was reading material, doing work on the computer, my devices, etc. So I was able to use my allowed time that I had available to me, and I would not have accomplished the things that I did, otherwise. I will close with saying this: anyone that is eligible for the service should use it. They have no idea what they are missing out on. “
